Born and raised in Chile, he studied gastronomic administration and developed his professional career in Japan, Italy, Spain and Latin America. He has worked in 5-star hotels such as Grand Hyatt and advising various restaurants in Barcelona, Malaga and other cities. Apart from being an outstanding Chef, Héctor is an advisor in the creation of gastronomic menus for restaurants and places specialized in brunch.
